Blind River Fly-In Fishing Adventures

Location

Blind River is a very small community located on hwy 17 and is an hour and forty minute drive east of Sault Ste Marie or a 2 hour drive west of Sudbury. 

The closest airport to Blind River is Elliot Lake which is just under a one hour drive east on Hwy 17 and then north on hwy 108.  There are however two float plane charter services operating out of Blind River.  Both of which specialize in promoting fly-in adventure trips to lodges and outpost camps north of Blind River.   

Fly From Toronto

Blind River is a 6 hour drive north west of Toronto.  You can however reduce your travel time with a direct charter flight to Elliot Lake and then ground transportation of about 45 minutes to Blind River.  It is 245 air miles to Elliot Lake from Toronto which will average around 1 hour flight time.     Request A Charter Quote.

Fly From Sudbury

If a direct charter flight from Toronto is beyond the travel budget you could take a scheduled flight from Toronto to Sudbury.  Upon arrival in Sudbury you connect with the wheel plane charter flight to Elliot Lake.   Elliot Lake is only 90 air miles west of Sudbury, so the charter flight is considerably cheaper compared to flying from Toronto.   Request A Charter Quote.
